The armored hose adopts a special design, that is, a wear-resistant steel ring is embedded inside the hose. This design can effectively solve the problem that the traditional dredging hose cannot be used for a long time under harsh working conditions, such as transporting coral reefs and weathered rocks.

●Due to the built-in alloy wear-resistant steel rings, the Armored Discharge Hose has strong impact resistance and a wide range of pressure levels, which can withstand both positive and negative pressures.
The Armored Discharge Hose is mainly applied in conveying pipelines in dredging projects, such as floating pipelines, underwater pipelines, water-land transition pipelines and onshore pipelines, they can be spaced connected with steel pipes, or can be used alternately with steel pipes or connected in multiple sections, convenient and durable.
● Armored suction dredger is mainly apply at the rake arm of the trailing suction hopper dredger or the joint of the bridge frame of the cutter suction dredger. It is a wear-resistant rubber hose specially designed for particularly harsh working conditions. It has a long service life and can improve the working efficiency of dredgers.
● The Armored Floating Hose adopts the wear-resistant steel ring embedded technology, which has stronger adaptability to working conditions and has floating performance.
The Armored Floating Hose is mainly applied in the floating pipeline connected to the stern of dredgers in dredging operating. Under normal circumstances, Armored Floating Hoses can be connected to form an independent floating pipeline which has good conveying capacity.
● The Armored Expansion Joint has good shock absorption, expansion and sealing properties, it is more flexible to use.
The Armored Expansion Joint is mainly applied in the pipelines on dredgers, it mainly installed in the positions where shock absorption, sealing or expansion compensation is needed. It has good adaptability and its length can be customized. There are many types of Armored Expansion Joint, such as reducing bore type, offset type, elbow type, etc.
Armored hose is widely used and it is one of the main products of our company. The armored hose can effectively resist the abrasion during the conveying process, thus the service life of the rubber hose can be greatly prolonged. This is a huge breakthrough for traditional dredging hoses.
